NOTE 11 - EXPLANATION OF DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE STATEMENT OF
BUDGETARY RESOURCES AND THE BUDGET OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT
The President’s Budget that will include fiscal year 2020 actual budgetary execution
information has not yet been published. The President’s Budget is scheduled for
publication in February 2021 and can be found at the OMB Web site:
http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/. The 2021 Budget of the United States Government, with
the "Actual" column completed for 2019, has been reconciled to the Statement of Budgetary
Resources and there were no material differences.

Combined Statement of Budgetary Resources $ 28 $ 10 $ - $ 7
Unobligated Balance Not Available (13) - - -
Difference - Due to Rounding (2) (2) - -
Budget of the U.S. Government $ 13 $ 8 $ - $ 7
The differences between the Board’s Statement of Budgetary Resources (“SBR”) and the
Budget of the United States Government for budgetary resources, obligations incurred, and
net outlays are primarily due to rounding. A portion of the difference in the budgetary
resources is due to expired unobligated balances being reported in the Statement of
Budgetary Resources but not in the Budget of the United States Government.
